Garden City Baptist Church is a place where people can meet Jesus,  engage in life-giving community, and everyone is welcome. We believe in creating a space where people can have authentic encounters with Christ, discover their gifts and use them for God's glory. Join us for our Sunday services!

Here at Garden City Baptist, our Sunday worship services generally last an hour.  We begin and end the service with singing.  The pastor typically preaches a thirty-minute relevant sermon from the Bible.  Following the sermon, there is a final song in which the congregation is encouraged to respond to God’s word.
  Sometimes people will walk forward and pray at the front during that time.

We have a blended worship style that includes both traditional and contemporary aspects.  Worship is lead by our praise band, and there is a choir on special occasions.  Song lyrics are projected on the wall, but there are hymnals in the pews.  Some people wear a coat and tie, others are more casual.  We encourage you to dress and worship however you feel most comfortable!
