Garden City Baptist Church is a unique body of believers that God placed here for His special purposes.  According to 1 Corinthians 12:18, " . . .God has arranged the parts in the body, everyone of them, just as He wanted them to be."   Like every body, this church owes its existence to the grace of God, and to those who came before, those who conceived, believed in, and nutured this body. 

We are affiliated with The Southern Baptist Convention, The South Carolina Baptist Convention, and the Waccamaw Baptist Association.
